1. The young man at the reception desk was extremely helpful and enthusiastic, offering great support—from guiding me on how to explore the city to helping me look up train ticket information. 2. The hotel is located on a lively street with plenty of restaurants and shops, which is very convenient. 3. My room was tidy and clean, although the facilities were a bit outdated.

Location is fabulous. Complimentary breakfast is really good. Stayed in 4 people's dorm with private bathroom. The pub downstairs is lively and have such a great vibe. I highly recommend this place. Near bar, restaurants.

There was some confusion when checking-in, but the manager and receptionist were really kind and helpful and took care of everything, which I really liked. I liked the big balcony off the double room, overlooking the street. It was a nice place to be if you wanted to just watch the action, or be in the action. We ate at the restaurant several times and it was always good and the staff was really friendly. We were also able to conveniently book a Hue day-tour through reception, and they can help with renting motorbikes as well.

The location is superb! You can have massage and money exchange instantly. Booking bus ticket is also very accessible.

The location is excellent, walking distance from great restaurants and bars and the hostel bar is lively with pool tables and awesome decor!
